TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching, consulting, and mentoring services provided by Jeremy Roadruck ("the Coach") to any individual or organization ("the Client"). By signing up for the services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Jeremy Roadruck offers a bespoke mix of mentoring, strategy sessions, and custom-tailored coaching to help clients improve communication, increase self-acceptance, and reduce stress. Services may include:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions (15, 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes) via Zoom or phone
  • Access to courses on communication, mindset, and stress-reduction techniques
  • Bespoke guided meditations
  • Access to group mentorship sessions via various software platforms
  • Other custom designed services to be defined in the coaching offer.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for coaching services will be agreed upon in advance, with the following options:

  • Lump Sum Payment: Total amount due upfront at the base rate.
  • Two Payments: 10% processing fee applies.
  • Monthly Payments: Equal monthly payments with a 15% processing fee.

Note: No refunds are available after the 3-business day cancellation period due to the significant pre-work involved.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation: The agreement can be canceled within 3 business days from the signature date. A 5% handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No Refunds: After the 3-business day period, no refunds will be given. Clients must participate fully in the coaching process to achieve their desired results. If a different result is desired after work with a client has started, adjustments will be made to the coaching package at an additional cost or charge to the client.

LIABILITY
Jeremy Roadruck provides coaching based on his experience and expertise. The Coach does not assume any responsibility for the Client's actions and promotes his strategies as suggestions. The Client agrees to use their best judgment and understands that no guarantees are provided other than the Coach's commitment to serve the Client's goals to the best of his ability.

The Coach does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.

STATE JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client warrants that they are mentally and emotionally healthy enough for coaching. The Client agrees to:

  • Follow suggestions and take action.
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner (within 24 hours or as agreed).
  • Participate in weekly group sessions if applicable.
  • Schedule coach/client sessions at least 24 hours in advance and according to a pre-defined schedule.
  • Missed sessions will be added to the end of the term of the client's paid program.

CHARGEBACKS
No chargebacks are allowed. If the Client believes the services provided are not as promised, they must schedule a meeting within one week to address concerns and find a resolution.

Note: Chargebacks can be highly damaging to cash flow and assets, and are not permissible under this agreement. Before enrolling a client in bespoke coaching, there are a minimum of two (2) meetings to clearly define desired outcomes and results before any offers are made.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal and business information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's prior consent unless required by law.

Enhanced Confidentiality Option: For clients engaging in high-sensitivity work, I offer a separate Mutual Confidentiality & Strategic Alliance Agreement (NDA) that provides reciprocal protections for both Client and Consultant—including safeguards for personal disclosures, proprietary frameworks (e.g., "Lead Like a King"), and strategic discoveries. This agreement is available upon request. If executed, its terms—including dispute resolution and governing law provisions—shall apply to matters of confidentiality and non-circumvention. EARLY TERMINATION
The Coach reserves the right to terminate the service early in exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, inappropriate behavior by the Client, conflict of interest). Reasonable notice will be provided, and any unused portion of the fees will be refunded in the case of the Coach cancelling the service.

GOVERNING LAW
This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing further legal action.

  • Payment Data: Credit card information processed securely through Stripe. I do not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.
  • Session & Coaching Data: Notes, goals, and information you share during coaching sessions, intake forms, or communications.
  • Technical Data: Information automatically collected via website analytics (see Section 4).

2. HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use your information for clear, purposeful reasons:

  • To Provide Services: To schedule sessions, deliver coaching, send materials, and communicate about your program.
  • To Send Relevant Emails: With your consent, to share updates, resources, or offers related to your growth journey. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • To Improve My Processes: I may analyze aggregated, anonymized data (with all personally identifiable information removed) to refine my methods and serve clients better.
  • To Protect What's Yours: I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information is yours. Full stop.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES I TRUST

To deliver my services effectively, I partner with reputable third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy governing your data:

Note: While I don't intentionally deploy traditional "cookies," technologies like Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics may use tracking pixels, tags, or similar tools. You can manage preferences via your browser or the platforms directly.

4. DATA RETENTION: YOUR INFO, YOUR TERMS

  • Retention Period: I retain client records in perpetuity to maintain continuity of service, honor commitments, and preserve the integrity of our work together.
  • Your Right to Deletion: You may request that I delete your personal information at any time by contacting me at team@jeremyroadruck.com. I will honor deletion requests unless retaining certain information is required by law, necessary for legal defense, or essential to fulfill prior commitments (e.g., financial records).
  • Export Requests: At this time, I do not support formal data export requests, but I am happy to provide summaries or copies of your coaching materials upon request.

5. INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: ONE STANDARD, GLOBAL REACH

I serve clients across the USA, Canada, Africa, Thailand, the UK, and beyond. Regardless of location, I apply the same core principles: transparency, respect, and protection of your data.

  • GDPR (Europe/UK): If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of your data. Contact me to exercise these rights.
  • CCPA/CPRA (California): California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. I do not "sell" personal data as defined by CCPA.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY

  • Confidentiality: All personal and business information shared during coaching is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law.
  • Security: I implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use my services at your own risk.

7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Keep your login credentials (if applicable) secure.
  • Notify me promptly of any changes to your contact information.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

I may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in my practice or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
